Mastermind Groups are for ambitious professionals who are ready to do whatever it takes to grow and improve and have a willingness to give and receive advice. Members who have the best success with Mastermind Peer-Groups have a basic understanding of our framework.

When you sign up for a peer group, your Client Manager will help coordinate the exact date and time for when your group kicks off.

Your Mastermind will typically begin 4-6 weeks after purchase.

We keep groups relatively small, around 8 to 10 people, in order to foster connection and make sure everyone has a chance to participate.

Members are placed into groups based on several common factors, including time zones, career stage, team size and goals.

Yes! In an effort to build connection and trust, we try to keep groups consistent. So the people in your group will most likely stay the same throughout your membership.

Mastermind Groups are held virtually via Zoom.

Mastermind Groups are led by our trained faculty who are experts in the Influential U framework. The faculty foster an environment where the group can share advice, accountability and support while guiding conversation through the lens of the Influential U principles.

During a typical Mastermind Group call, everyone shares a win from the past couple of weeks. Everyone also shares a challenge they're dealing with in their business, and the faculty and fellow Mastermind Peer-Group members weigh in and offer perspective, ideas and advice. The call wraps up with everyone planning specific aims for the next two weeks.

When someone joins a Mastermind Peer-Group, they agree to keep information they hear on calls confidential—and members take trust very seriously.

Two monthly group zoom calls, led by a Influential U Faculty
Twice a month, you’ll meet with your group of 8-10 business professionals along with Influential U faculty. Each call takes place on Zoom and lasts 75 minutes. During a typical Mastermind Group call, everyone shares a win from the past couple of weeks. Everyone also shares a challenge they're dealing with in their business, and the faculty plus fellow group members weigh in and offer perspective, ideas and advice. The call wraps up with everyone planning specific aims for the next two weeks. 

Access to a content library with video lessons from our Founders and Faculty
From your online dashboard, you’ll be able to search for video lessons on topics such as influence, communication, time management, personality, strategy, and more. You’ll also have access to tools and work sheets to help you implement what you’re learning. 

Ask a Coach chat 
If you’ve got a business question that can’t wait until your next Membership Group call, you can chat virtually with someone from the Influential U team. They’ll be able to answer your question or guide you to a resource that will help solve your problem.  

Weekly live eCoaching sessions 
Each week, one of our senior faculty leads a virtual group training session focused on various relevant topics. You’ll also be able to ask questions and get live feedback.
